Top rack fell down one side.
My husband and I did the repair together. We pulled the end caps at the top rack extension bars and pulled the rack track all the way out so we could access the adjuster housing easily.Then we cut the copper wire with which we had anchored the old housing while waiting for the part. Removed the old housing and replaced it; reinserted the top rack; replaced the end caps. I now have an adjustable upper rack again Yea!! We love this site.
