Dishes on top rack were not getting clean. Bolt holding lower spray arm was wobbly. Lower spray arm was catching on heating element.
Remove lower dish rack. Unscrew center spray riser tower retaining ring and remove riser tower from lower spray arm. Remove nut from stem that holds lower spray arm on (you can see it once you remove the spray riser tower). Remove 4 retaining screws from white plastic diffuser housing. Swap out old housing for new. Assemble in reverse order of disassembly. A very simple repair. It took me longer to write this description than it did to make the repair. The company was very easy to work with. Thank you!

Grinding noise & dishes not cleaning well.
Unscrew the large plastic hand nut to remove the top sprayer assembly. Remove the nut holding the spinning sprayer arm. Remove the four screws that hold the diffuser in place. Screw in new diffuser, place sprayer arm onto threaded post (using original nut) and screw back sprayer assembly nut by hand. Very easy, 15 mins.
