Product Description

This is an authentic OEM door latch assembly for your dishwasher. The latch has a switch that uses an on-off mechanism which prevents the dishwasher from running when the door is opened. If your dishwasher will not start, the door will not close or latch properly, you may need to replace the latch assembly. Please be sure to disconnect the power supply to your dishwasher before beginning this repair.

Thoughts on reason dishwasher won't start. Lights displayed, turned breaker off for 15 minutes. When start is pressed it sounds like it's trying to click to start, but it doesn't.

the latch broke , motor would run when door was open

remove front panel,door latch was top center of unit.two screws hold in place and two wire spade conn.
