Does this lower arm also come with the round spinner wheel attached. That part fell off and got melted. Is this a part that an amateur can replace?

Hello Marlene, Thank you for your inquiry. We show the blue spinner wheel comes with the part. To replace it, you would just need to remove the lower dishrack, and then pull up on the lower spray arm to remove it, then align the new spray arm on the support and snap into place and replace the lower dishrack.
