Product Description

This is an authentic OEM replacement part that has been sourced directly from Rigid. This valve plate kit has everything you need to get your air compressor running efficiently again. The valve plate assembly controls the flow of air in and out of the cylinder. Over time the components of the valve plate will get dirty, they will wear down, and the valve plate assembly will become less effective. When this happens your air compressor will struggle to build pressure. This kit includes the exhaust valve, valve plate, cylinder gasket, intake valve, head gasket, and discharge valve gasket. When you are rebuilding your valve plate assembly with this kit make sure you are paying attention to the order in which each part is layered/assembled, this will make installing the new plates much easier. Before starting the replacement make sure you disconnect the power to your compressor, and drain the air from the tank.
