This is a Henuine OEM Authorized replacement part designed for use with Air Compressors. This item is made out of Metal and it is sold individually. This part is used to keep the brush tight against the armature so the tool will work properly. Over time when the brushes wear down and heat is created, the spring may lose its tension and will have to be replaced.
