Product Description

This replacement regulator/manifold manifold assembly is specially manufactured for Campbell Hausfeld air compressors. The manifold kit consists of the manifold, the regulator, two pressure gauges, two quick-disconnects, and the nipple that connects the entire assembly to the air tank. The manifold kit will solve any problems related to a cracked manifold assembly, as well as any problems with the regulator. To complete this repair job correctly you may need : Phillip's screwdriver, hex drivers, long-nosed pliers, wrenches and heavy-duty wire cutters. • Depressurize the tank • Remove the manifold cover • Remove the pressure hose • Remove the pump assembly from the tank • Remove the manifold • Remove the manifold nipple • Transfer the safety valve • Install the new manifold kit • Secure the the pump assembly • Reinstall the hose • Reattach the manifold cover • Ensure everything is connected and test the compressor
