An article on burr coffee grinders mentioned that often the problem with inaccurate grinding is failure of this little plastic part called a ring burr holder so I ordered one from FIX. It came quickly, and I was delighted to find it in fact fixed the problem. I had not heard of this website before, but a place that has OEM (or close enough) parts that can be ordered and delivered quickly is a real find.
