Product Description

This replacement chain is an authentic Poulan part. It is specially manufactured for use with electric chainsaws. Chain is a key component of a saw because it is what cuts the material. It fits over the bar that is sold separately. A stretched or dull chain can be extremely dangerous and should be replaced. It is made out of metal and it is sold individually. Please note, this is a 16" chain that should only be used with 16" bars. Replacing chain is a simple task that should require a wrench set and a screwdriver. • Remove the guide bar side panel • Release the chain tension • Remove the old chain • Loosen the tension screw • Thread the new chain onto the saw • Align the guide bar • Replace the side plate • Tighten the chain to the correct tension • Finish tightening the side plate nuts
