Product Description

This chain break is an authentic Husqvarna replacement part and is compatible with chainsaws. The chain brake has a metal band the wraps around the clutch drum and when the brake lever is engaged the band tightens around the clutch drum and stops the chainsaw. This part is made up of the brake band, the spring and linkage, and the plastic housing, but it comes pre-assembled. The tools you will need for this repair are a screwdriver, and a socket wrench. Before you start this repair, be sure to unplug the wire and boot from the spark plug.
