could this part take the place of a pole for a mountain view screened dome 5010000538 ?

Hi Susan,
Thank you for your question. This individual fiberglass pole comes in five 30 inch sections, for a total length of 150 inches and a 0.374 inch diameter. Also included are two vinyl end caps and one 14 inch shock cord. This pole will need light assembly before use, but doesn't require any tools.
