Product Description

This is a sealing ring for a blender. It seals the jar to the blade, preventing leakage from the unit. The sealing ring gets installed over the blade. If you notice leaks coming from the jar, check the condition of this seal, as seals are known to deteriorate over time, especially if they are not properly maintained. To clean the sealing ring, release the blade from the bottom of the jar (being very careful), by turning the threaded jar bottom counterclockwise, and remove the sealing ring. Place it in the bottom basket of the dishwasher or wash it carefully by hand. This should be done after each use of your blender. This sealing ring is sold as an individual component, other parts of the blender are sold separately.
