This is an authentic part that is supplied directly from the original equipment manufacturer for NuTone ventilation fans. The grille covers the components of the ventilation fan and provides a clean flush look to the ceiling fan. This part is made of plastic and is sold individually. The springs used to adhere the grille to the ceiling are sold separately (part number: S99140208). For installation, you will need a screwdriver and a pair of needle nose pliers to aid you.

Will this work as a replacement for the model number QT 110-B?

The cover I need looks like this one. Can you confirm the size of this one?
My Existing cover measures 16.5” x 12
Ceiling cutout is about 14x10

Thank you for your question. The dimensions of the cover are approximately 14 inches by 13 inches. For information on the grille for your fan, we will need the model number from it. The model number will be found in the corner closest to the outlet. It may also be found stamped into the motor plate.
