This is a genuine OEM replacement grease filter for downdraft exhaust ranges and cooktops. The filter is used to trap grease and particles that result from cooking and will need to be replaced once they become too clogged and can no longer be cleaned. This filter is chrome in color and measures approximately 14 inches long and 12 inches wide. When replacing this part, the area should be thoroughly cleaned of any grease and residue that was not trapped by the filter.
