air conditioner was kicking on by itself. switch between timer and regular operation on its own.
Replaced main board which was more challenging. I now believe the front led board was the culprit. So with that said. Unplug the air conditioner. Remove the front cover 4 screws . Pop off front. There is a plug connecting the from to the air conditioner. Unplug . Remove cover over board, 3 screws. Then you'll see the board 5 screw s to remove . 1 screw is holding cord to a/c front, remove it. Reverse order of moves to put new board in and your done. Good luck. Sounds difficult but my wife did it all with me watching.
