My washer sounds as it is stuck on the draining cycle. It starts on its own intermittently (draining cycle), & most times the cancel button does not clear. Also some times me unplugging & plugging back in doesn't work, so I have to wait a few hours, then it will reset.
For model number WTW4855HW3

Hello Nicole, thank you for getting in touch. According to the desciption of the issue, there could be a fault with the main control board (PCB). You will need to replace the control board, part number FIX16744865, to fix the issue. Ensure the drain hose isn't kinked, crushed, or inserted too far down the standpipe, which can cause siphoning or blockages. We hope this helps.

Noise, grinding sounds. Wash tub stopped turning but motor and cycles kept functioning. Process of elimination, must be the clutch assembly.
Easy, just followed the repair video. Recommend also ordering the drive belt. Bought one locally during my repair.
