Tub not spinning installed new clutc
For model number WTW7120HW0

Hi Joseph, thank you for the question. Based on the description that you have provided, we would recommend checking the door latch, part number FIX12731130, first. The door latch secures the washer door shut during operation. Once the washer door is shut, the washer can begin operating. If the door latch is defective, the washer will not spin. If the door latch is not faulty, then you may need to check the suspension rods, part number FIX12731247. If one of the suspension rods becomes dislodged or breaks, the control board may stop the spin cycle several times to try to balance the clothes. If that is not causing the issue, then you may need to check the rotor assembly, part number FIX12584381. The rotor interacts with the stator to create a strong electromagnetic field, which rotates the tub in either direction. If the magnets on the rotor are damaged or any part of the rotor is defective, the washer may not spin. If it is not faulty, then you may need to check the gearcase, part number FIX16730208. If the problem persists, then you may need to check the control board, part number FIX12745520. We hope this solves your problem!

Tab on door strike got broken off and washer would not operate without it.
Pushed in on door strike and rotated it counterclockwise, removed broken strike and installed new strike. NOTE: when removing the old strike (turning counterclockwise) it felt like it might break and/or was attached with an screw that I didn't see but it came right out.

Scratches in Surface
This product comes in a bottle with a brush like Liquid Paper. It goes on incredibly easy. A second coat might be needed. I wanted to prevent rust from setting in so I covered the scratches and dings. The paint is a little brighter since my washer is 10 years old but it still looks great.
