changed filters and ro cartridge. ro cartridge holder was broken where the brass T screwed into and the flow control and screen needed replaced. O-ring on my under-the-sink water filter had broken
I simply replaced the old O-ring; rubbed a bit of petroleum jelly around the seal and rescrewed the filter cannister back in place. It was easy, and worked like a charm!

RO senser stopped working
unplugged 2 wires
disconnected and reconnected 2 water input and 2 water output connectors, new batteries and it works
