Hi Larry, thank you for contacting us. Based on our research, the shift actuator, part number FIX11747977, changes the transmission from agitation to spin mode. Actuator shifts the splutch and monitors the position of the splutch. Glad to be of assistance!

You can try hitting the start/cancel button to clear it, but if it does not clear, then one of your control boards may be failing. If there is a particular symptom you are getting, then we can assist with narrowing it down as to if it is the user interface board or the machine and motor control board.
