I replaced my suspension rodsin my washer and i still keep getting a UL code. What should I do now.

Hi Chris, thank you for reaching out. Ensure that the suspension rods has been installed correctly. If they are fine, the issue could be with the bearings. They come attached to the outer tub, part number PS3503107. You may need to replace it to fix the issue. We hope this solves your problem!

The washer was making a horrible noise during the spin cycle
Removed a cap in the center of the tub basket which has a bolt that needs removed I believe it's a 9/16 after I removed the bolt I then removed the center of the bottom of the basket assembly which then allowed me to get to the basket hub that needed replaced it was a little dirty and I couldn't get it out so I sprayed a little penitratin g oil on it let it sit a little then I was able to remove the hub and install the new one then I put it all back together and the washer is working great

Over shaking and knocking on the side
Went on u tube saw different video to How disassemble the top to have access to the rod. Changing one by one those rod I was in need of my wife to hold the cover while I was changing the rod.... order for suspension rod kit. Reassemble the top by sliding the cover and to snap. Screw back the panel. And it solve the problem. My wife was r eally happy so me. It can be done by anybody but first go on the internet to get a idea.
