Washer sounds like it is stuck on draining cycle and won’t do anything even if I unplug it for 30 sec it just comes back to the drain cycle

Hi Guadalupe, thank you for getting in touch. We would suggest checking the main control board. It acts as the brain of the washer, directing electrical power to different components. A shorted relay or corrupted software on the board will continuously send power to the drain pump, ignoring resets and physical sensor readings. Replacing it might help fix the issue. The part number is FIX16744838. We hope this sorts out your problem!

Hello Danny, Thank you for your inquiry. This error can be caused by a faulty lid switch, water inlet valve, water pressure hose, or the control board with water level pressure switch. First pry off the cap of the agitator. Then using a socket remove the bolt that holds the plastic cup in place. Remove this cup by prying it loose from the two tabs that hold it in place.
