Washer wont start wash cycle after Auto-sensing load. Green light stays on (wash cycle) but wont advance
For model number WTW4955HW2
Hi Belen,
Thank you for your question. If the washer will not start, try unplugging it for a few minutes to do a hard reset to see if this will resolve the issue. If the issue still occurs, we would recommend checking the lid switch, the strike, and the shift actuator. We hope this helps!
Washer will run through full wash but it keeps trying to drain when cycle is finished
For model number WTW4955HW2
Hi Tausha,
Thank you for your question. If the washer starts to drain when the cycle is finished, the drain hose is too far down in the standpipe. This causes a siphoning effect. The drain hose should be only be placed about 5 inches down in the standpipe. We hope this helps!
