Machine is filling up with too much water. It doesn’t overflow but clothes are still very damp when cycle is over.

Hi Jeff, Thank you for writing. This could be an indication the Water Inlet Valve is faulty and may need to be replaced. Set your multitester to the ohms resistance scale X 1. Place each of the meter's probes to one terminal. Because the reading can vary from brand to brand and from model to model, there is no one reading you should receive. However, if your test produces a reading of infinity, then the solenoid is bad and the water valve should be replaced. We hope this helps!

Washer gets to the rinse cycle then repeats wash cycle
For model number WTW5000DW2
Hello Dionel, Thank you for writing. This can be caused by an unbalanced load, a clogged drain system or too much suds from excessive detergent. Check for blockages in the drain pump or hose or a build up of suds and make sure the load is not unbalanced or over loaded. We hope this helps, good luck with the repair!

I was able to put the hub in place and screw the screws in. you want to tighten them down slowly and go around to each screw tightening a little at a time so you don't break the hub. as you tighten the screws down the hub slides down flush. its impossible to just push the hub on with your hand.
