Unplug from power Source,turn off water supply,Remove 3 screws that hold the Control Panel in Place.Remove knob, lower assembly, unplug wire Connector,using pliers , compress vacuum hose clamp,remove vacuum hose,remove screw holding switch in place,depress plastic tab that prevents movement,twist switch assembly to remove.Reverse procedur e to install new switch.

Washmachine Timer Knob broken by Homo sapiens
Unplug power cord first ! Unscrew the metal backplane; release the Timer Knot latch from behind with a small flat head screw driver; remove the timer knot; pop in the new timer knot; re-install the timer knot latch from behind; Screw back the metal backplane.

Time Knob broken during cabinet construction
The process was quite straight forward - simply by removing the top control panel at the back of the unit and pull out the plastic lock pin that kept the old knob wedged tight. Then install the new knob in the reverse process. That's it.
