Washer control push buttons and cycle end do not play tones. Changing 'cycle signal' button settings do not help. Washer is only 16 months old. Washing functions work fine, just not playing any tones.
For model number MVW7230HW0
Hello Arthur, thank you for your inquiry. Here is how to turn tones on and off: Hold the Audio button for 3 seconds to turn off all sounds. Lights will still function, but tones will not. This is normal. Hold the Audio button for 3 seconds again to return to tones. We hope this helps.

Hi Javier, thank you for reaching out. According to our research, the issue is probably with the control panel, part number FIX16221059, and you may need to replace it. We hope this sorts out your problem!
Hello Arthur, thank you for getting in touch. Check the drive transmission or gear case assembly, part number FIX16730208. It might be worn out or defective. They have gears in them which can fail, causing the washer to be noisy during operation. Check the clutch assembly, part number FIX10064562. The clutch is used to engage the transmission of your washer during the agitation and spinning cycles. If it is worn out or damaged, it will cause loud noise during spin cycle. We hope this helps.
Pushed in on door strike and rotated it counterclockwise, removed broken strike and installed new strike. NOTE: when removing the old strike (turning counterclockwise) it felt like it might break and/or was attached with an screw that I didn't see but it came right out.
This product comes in a bottle with a brush like Liquid Paper. It goes on incredibly easy. A second coat might be needed. I wanted to prevent rust from setting in so I covered the scratches and dings. The paint is a little brighter since my washer is 10 years old but it still looks great.
