Noise on the agitator like crack crack

For model number 11031632612

Hello Othon, thank you for your inquiry. First, inspect the wash plate. Remove the wash plate and check for any foreign objects such as coins under the wash plate. It could cause noise. If it is fine, then this type of noise is usually caused by worn-out or faulty bearings. The bearing for your model is not sold separately. So, you may need to replace the whole gearcase assembly, part number FIX12745232. It includes tub seal and internal bearing. We hope this information helps!

Scratches in Surface

This product comes in a bottle with a brush like Liquid Paper. It goes on incredibly easy. A second coat might be needed. I wanted to prevent rust from setting in so I covered the scratches and dings. The paint is a little brighter since my washer is 10 years old but it still looks great.

replaced drain hose that was missing

slipped the new drain hose on and with locking plyers slipped the wire clap in place after three trys
