The water stopped draining.
I emptied all the water with a cup and laid the washer down on its back on the bathroom floor, ( it is a portable), with a few small pots and rags handy to collect water, just in case.
I inspected the placement of the broken drain pump, I took photographs of all the wires placements and screws. I removed the broken drain pump pho ... Read more tographing each step, then attached the new drain pump following each step in reverse and attached the 2 colored wires to the remains of the colored wires attached to the washer. Washer wouldn't drain.
Lifted up the washer from the bottom. Accessed the pump, unscrewed the motor and pulled off the rubber hose attached to the pump using a Phillips screwdriver and a wrench.
Reattached the hose and the mounting screws. Worked just fine.

Replace inlet valve
Easy. Just need to remove top and 1 panel to access. Not too tight of a workspace.
