The water pump becomes very noisy
This is the second time in the same 7 year old appliance. Remove the front bottom cover by removing 2 screws. Then remove the 2 screws holding the pump down. Then unclip the electrical wire from the pump and remove both hoses from the pump by squeezing the spring clamps with a pliers. Have a pan to collect the water that will drain from the lines. Take the new pump and install it in reverse order from above.

Broken Face Clips on dispenser drawer
I unclipped the old drawer parts from the broken drawer and replaced the old parts onto the new drawer and slid the whole drawer back in the washing machine. It took longer to type this that it did to repair the washer. No tools needed at all.

Door catch broken
I paid a plumber $150 to replace this part a year ago. I simply took the screws out, ordered the part, paid for 1 day shipping, and screwed the new part on. The washer DID NOT WORK without this part, and worked perfectly the minute I replaced it.

Broken front on dispenser drawer
Despite putting all the information about my washer in the order, I received a dispenser drawer that was similar to the one I needed, but would not fit. It was also a slightly different color than the original part on my machine, so obviously someone just threw it in a box and sent it to me. It wasn’t even wrapped in plastic! Just the part in a box, no instructions, no bill of sale, nothing. When I needed to return it because it wasn’t the proper part, I HAD TO PAY THE $10.00 TO SHIP IT BACK!!! Really poor customer service in my opinion. Hopefully I will at least get a credit for the incorrect part that I had to pay to return.

One part of the catch broke off from the main unit.
This repair was incredibly easy - I simply unscrewed the broken catch and installed the new one in its place, using the same screws. The entire process took about five minutes; the hardest part was finding a Phillips screwdriver in my house! Also, I commend Part Select for the prompt, courteous service. When I called, I was connected to an actual person - not a machine - who was very helpful, and the part arrived within 36 hours after the order, without any express mailing services.
