Water is not draining
For model number FFTW4120SW
Hello Allen, thank you for contacting us. We would recommend cleaning the drain hose. If your washer is still not draining, then you may need to check the drain pump, part number FIX12176487, to solve the problem. We hope this helps.

The tub was bouncing around everywhere, the suspension rod wasn’t actually the problem but that had nothing to do with the part
Unscrewed the top of the washer after disconnecting the hoses. Tipped the matching on its back. Places a 2x4 underneath the tub to release the tension on the rods, then just popped the old one out and put the new one in. Tipped the machine back up and reconnected everything.
