How do i tell if the suspension rods are bad?

Thank you for your question. If the suspension rods on your washer are bad, then your washer will shake and vibrate. You will also need to inspect them visually for signs of damage and wear. If they show any of these signs, they will need to be replaced. The part number listed under your model number for the suspension rod kit is PS11703290. How far down is the tub from the top cover. The tub looks like its down 1 1/2 inches, it gets severely out of balance when spinning.

The washer isn’t going into spin after pumping out the water. How do distinguish what the problem is so I don’t have to order several parts. I see it could be a couple of different problems. The shift actuator or lid latch or ??? Please help, Thanks

ation the installation was simple. Remove the clamps and the back of the console, slide the top forward and lift, remove and replace the lock and reassemble. You don't even have to remove the hoses.
