can not figuer out how to wind the string.
For model number TB514CS

Hello Alan, thank you for contacting us. To wind the string, you may need to follow these instructions:
Find the two holes on top of the inner reel and insert both ends of the line into one hole. Pull the line through until two to three inches remain, then loop your short ends over into the other hole and pull the long ends to close the loop. Wind the line around the reel and the direction of the arrow on top, apply some pressure to wind it evenly; when you have about six inches left, push each string end into the holding slots marked point. I was using the trimmer to trim and the line bump head stop turning while it was still running. How do I get this fixed. It is my favorite trimmer. The trimmer line bump head will not turn now while running.
