Cutter for feeder broke off and required replacement of new deflector assembly
Repair was quick, simple and easy. Only tool needed was a phillips head screwdriver. Removal of three screws, remove old deflector, attach/align new deflector, insert screws and tighten. That's all to it. less than 2 minutes.

motor burned out
New motor was pretty much plug and play. Grass trimmer has about a dozen 2,5mm hex screws that hold the halves of the head together. Once unscrewed, there are two stickers that need to be peeled off with a blade (I used contact adhesive to reseat them after) and then everything comes apart. The motor has spade connectors but my original motor had pigtails so I chopped them off and crimped on some female connectors. Everything works like new!
