Cordless weedtrimmer wont turn on .Battery is fully charged

Thank you for your question. If the trimmer is charged, but will not start, the bottom of the trimmer around the area where the line comes out is likely clogged with grass trimmings and debris. You will need to turn the power off to the trimmer and clean it. If you have any questions, please let us know. We are open 7 days a week. We look forward to hearing from you!

Cutter for feeder broke off and required replacement of new deflector assembly
Repair was quick, simple and easy. Only tool needed was a phillips head screwdriver. Removal of three screws, remove old deflector, attach/align new deflector, insert screws and tighten. That's all to it. less than 2 minutes.

motor burned out
New motor was pretty much plug and play. Grass trimmer has about a dozen 2,5mm hex screws that hold the halves of the head together. Once unscrewed, there are two stickers that need to be peeled off with a blade (I used contact adhesive to reseat them after) and then everything comes apart. l motor had pigtails so I chopped them off and crimped on some female connectors. Everything works like new!
