No run on start up. sputters
Remove carb cover, remove 2 t25 torx head screws. ( they are loctite in so they may be difficult). flip up carb, install new carb. swap gas fill and return lines to carb. choke and start, go to work.

The new boom had to be modified where it would work.
Once I was able to see the problem. I had to make modifications so it could be used. It took awhile to figure out the problems. With a drill motor and metal bit I was able to get the boom where I could use it.
