My tank vent is not venting but I've replaced the vent valve 3 times, the last with an OEM one. Also replaced all the little hoses that go in the tank from a kit. Still won't keep running unless I open the gas cap. I tried sucking air through the valve and it worked. I blew air through the hose into the tank. It also worked however not real freely. Not sure why there's a problem
