All 4 batteries not working unit just stopped
For model number LST220
Hello Greg, thank you for getting in touch. Make sure you are using the compatible batteries. If your tool becomes clogged with dirt or debris, it can cause the motor to cut out or stall. To troubleshoot the issue, unplug or remove the battery and inspect around the cutting head for any obstructions such as mud, grass clippings, or build-up from previous cuts. If any is found, use a narrow pipe cleaner to remove it. If this is not an issue, we recommend replacing the charger, part number FIX12164184. We hope this solves your problem!
