runs have to hold throttle full , does not rev up, adjust carb no different. took carb apart cleaned , replace fuel and spark plug. will synthetic oil for fuel mix make a difference?

Hi Richard, thank you for the question. As you have already replaced the fuel, spark plug, and cleaned the carburetor, before using the synthetic oil, we would recommend replacing the fuel line and filter, part number FIX10014709. It filters the fuel in the tank as it is forced into the carburetor up through the primer bulb. We hope that helps!

Hello Rick, Thank you for your inquiry. No there is no check valve in the tank. There is a fuel filter in the tank. I hope this helps and good luck with your repair.
