How do replace the drive belt?
For model number PCB270TS

Hi Steve,
Thank you for your question. According to your owner's manual, first unplug the table saw from the electrical outlet. Then lower the blade to its lowest position. Turn the blade tilting handwheel until the blade tilting scale is around 45 degrees. Then remove the rear body shell and the left body shell by removing the 12 screws and slide the left body shell backwards. Turn the blade tilting handwheel until the blade tilting scale is around 0 degrees. Loosen the 4 bolts, two full turns using a 6 mm hex key. Do not remove the bolts. Rotate the motor slightly to reduce the tension on the driven pulley. The three curved slots allow for the movement of the motor. Remove the old belt from the pulleys. Fit the new belt on the motor pulley and then on the driven pulley. Make sure that the belt is fitted properly on the central position of the pulleys. Lower and rotate the motor downwards away from the driven pulley along the curved slots. Tighten the 4 bolts securely. Test the drive belt by hand and to check to confirm that the drive belt runs smoothly and straight on the pulleys. Replace the rear body shell and the left body shell with the screws. We hope this helps!
