Can't turn handle to adjust blade up and down
For model number 315221850
Hi Brad, thank you for reaching out. Based on our research, if you are unable to turn the handle, the locking lever may not be properly adjusted. Make sure the locking lever is pushed to the right before rotating the handle to adjust the blade. We hope this helps!
