Does this model need two auger belts? And if so, why does the pack of replacement belts contain two different sizes?

Mixer began to make a noise on speed two and higher
We took our 30 plus year mixer apart. I removed the old grease. There was some crumbly looking grease in the main housing gear section where the nylon gear is located.
