My shindawa chain saw has a lot of compression and its hard to pull the starting cord if i pull the plug out it pull easy
For model number 450

Hello Anthony, thank you for contacting us. Please note that carbon build-up in the cylinder & piston, bad needle bearing, overused starter spring, old or bad fuel, etc can cause too much compression in Chainsaws. We would recommend cleaning the piston and cylinder with a brush to ensure that there is no carbon buildup. If you notice a damaged piston, we would recommend replacing it with a piston assembly, part number FIX9181076. Also, check the needle bearing, part number FIX9236865, and its spring, part number FIX8856783. Also, examine the recoil spring of the starter assembly and ensure that it is not damaged and is properly placed. Customer service is always available to help you place an order if you are having trouble doing so. Good luck with your repair.
