Saw has no power,but has charged battery

Hello Robert, thank you for contacting us. If your battery is fully charged but you have no power, first check the connection to the battery. Check if the wiring to the battery is tightly fastened and in contact with the battery terminals. If it is fine, check if the battery has buildup, rust, dirt, or corrosion on the battery terminals where the wiring harness connects to the battery. To remedy this, take a wire brush and clean both the battery terminals and wiring harness ends, reconnect tightly, and try again. If everything works fine, your battery might be causing the issue.
