How to do you tighten it all up? If everything is tight than the spindle won't turn. What is the key to tighten up the head and the body?

Hi Jeff, Thank you for your question. We have included a link to one of our YouTube videos that you may reference on how to dismantle/reinstall your sander/polisher. The sander in the video may appear different from yours and the part being installed is a bearing, but it will give you a general idea on how to dismantle/reinstall your sander/polisher.
