Serial number 37305-2043 my sand paper will not stay fasten a hoop & loop replacement part help!

Thank you for your question. If the sand paper is not sticking, then you will likely need to replace the carrier and the platen pad. The part number listed under your model number for the carrier is FIX10180041. The part number listed for the platen pad is FIX10253918.
