Samsung washer will not spin and tub is not centered
For model number WA48H7400AW
Hello Sue, Thank you for the question. We suggest checking the Damper Rods to make sure they are installed properly and not damaged and holding the drum centered. Top Load washer would not drain to complete spin cycle.
Though I could hear and feel the drain pump running, the washer would not drain. This model does not have a filter for the drain pump. I lowered the discharge hose from the stand up pipe on the wall, and lowered it to the floor. Water ran right out, so no blockage in the drain system. a quick inspection showed the impeller on the motor was off the shaft and flopping around. Bingo, motor runs but cant pump.

The cap came off somehow
Just snapped on part in the center of tub where it belongs

Washer will not drain
Went to YouTube video and followed instructions.
Hardest part was making sure water from hose does not flood floor while taking it off from water pump and letting water drain in bucket.
