Nozzle is leaking but can't quite figure out from where: with power off, water just comes out of the nozzle; with power on, motor pulses on/off with water pulsing out of the nozzle. When I pull the trigger, everything is normal.

Thank you for your question. If the nozzle is leaking water, check the o-rings inside of it. If they are worn or missing, this may cause the water to leak from the nozzle. Make sure that you are using the correct sized nozzle and that it is fitted correctly. If there is debris inside the nozzle it may may cause irregular spray patterns. Inspect the nozzle for debris and clean or replace it if you are unable to use it. We hope this helps!

The switch was bad
I popped off the old switch plug in the new switch with the wires put it back together and it worked like a charm
