All 3 led lights (2 in refrigerator & 1 in freezer) became dim at the same time. What are the possible causes?

Hello Lynn, thank you for writing. The Upper LED Light Control Board Fix Number: FIX11755867 data sheet your upper LED module in your refrigerator section is the first one in series. That's the one you replace if they all are DIM at the same time. We hope this helps.

No water to ice machine or water dispenser

For model number WRS325FDAM04

Hi Rod, Thank you for writing. We suggest testing the Water Inlet Valve with a multimeter. Set your multimeter to the R X 1 ohms setting to test for continuity. Place each of the multimeter's leads on a terminal. Your multimeter should display a reading between 200 and 500 ohms. Closely examine your water inlet valve. The exact ohm resistance rating you should test for may be marked on the valve. We hope this helps!

After new water filter and replacing the water inlet valve still no water to ice and water dispenser. No visible kink in line and active water from supply line to fridge what could be the problem? Not sure what else it could be almost seems as line is clogged somehow but not sure

Hi Rod, Thank you for your question. If you have just recently replaced the water filter in the refrigerator it should be flushed before using it. Use a jug and press and hold the water dispenser until you have flushed 3-5 gallons of water. If this does not help, you will need to check the dispenser control board. If I replace the water valve under the fridge and I have active water supply why would I not get water to ice machine and or water dispenser still? Also note I have a new water filter as well it just can’t figure out with no kinks in the line what the problem could be any clues?
