We have ice forming on the shelf of our freezer, at times it leaks into the refrigerator and collects on the bottom shelves. Can you tell me how to correct this?
For model number WRT351SFYB00
Hello John, thank you for your question. The main reason Ice is forming in Freezer is the air is not properly circulating. Make sure that the door seal on the edge of the door is attached properly. If the ventilation is blocked then the cool air will not circulate in the freezer. Do not overfill freezer. The FF Door Gasket is PS326951 and the FZR Door Gasket is PS326950. Thanks guys, It took less time to order the parts than it did to make the repair so thanks, your website rocks and is very well designed so my hat is off to you guys!

The evaporator fan sits behind a vented wall in the freezer and directs cold air into freezer and refrigerator.I removed the ice make assembly first and then the freezer wall held in place by two sheet metal nuts. Then remov

I used a flat-head screwdriver to pop out the old light rocker switch. Then, I unplugged the wires, plugged them into the new light rocker switch, and then popped the new switch into the hole. That's it! Lights began working again.
