My right side door is sagging. what should I be looking at?
For model number KRFF507HPS00
Hi Dwayne, thank you for reaching out. Both the refrigerator doors are adjustable. A hex key will be needed for aligning the doors, the key should have been provided with your new refrigerator. Locate the bottom hinge pin of the right refrigerator door. The alignment screw is inside the bottom hinge pin. Insert the short end of the 1/8" hex key into the bottom hinge pin until it is fully engaged in the alignment screw. To raise the door, turn the hex key to the right. To lower the door, turn the hex key to the left. Continue to turn the alignment screw until the door is aligned. If this does not help, we would recommend checking the right door hinge, part number FIX12346502. We hope this is helpful!

My fridge is making a loud motor noise. It ramps up in steps, then hummus along until it shuts off - noise will stop when door to fridge or freezer is opened. Start again when closed.

Hello Joseph, thank you for contacting us. Based on the description that you have provided, we would recommend checking the evaporator fan motor, part number FIX12349521, to fix the issue. We hope this helps.
I used a flat-head screwdriver to pop out the old light rocker switch. Then, I unplugged the wires, plugged them into the new light rocker switch, and then popped the new switch into the hole. That's it! Lights began working again.
Purchased new motor from Partselect.com. When it arrived it came with a new rubber washer that fitted on top of new motor that was not on old motor, that how water got into old motor. However, the instruction sheet did not give info on how to access the proper way to the motor that is the door. Not wanting to damage the freezer door assy.
... Read more called in a tech who made it look easy, but even he had a little problem locating access panel that was directly under the motor in the freezer side of the door. After that it was a piece of cake.
I used a flat screwdriver and released the lock tab on the bottom of the light switch, and pried the switch out, being careful to not damage the plastic around the mounting place of the switch, unplugged wiring from old switch, plugged in the new one and pushed the new switch into place. Job finished light switch now working.
