The refrigerator does not get cold.
For model number RF220NCTASRAA
Fix.com logo
Hi Randolph, thank you for contacting us. If the refrigerator compartment is not getting cold, we would suggest checking the air damper assembly, part number FIX4138318. It channels and controls the cold airflow from the freezer compartment into the refrigerator compartment. If both the freezer and refrigerator compartments are not getting cold, the issue is most probably with the inverter control board, part number FIX12083017. It supplies voltage to the compressor. You may need to replace it to fix the issue. We hope this sorts out your problem!

lower ice maker water fill tube frozen... suspected that the fill tube heater went bad.
Interestingly, the few authorized samsung parts suppliers I found declared that this model did not have a lower icemaker, whereas this company actually had the specific part. The heater swap is completely straightforward, and simple, but for one detail. The insulation wrap is easily torn when pulling the tube out and my time was spent f inding a suitable material to patch the hole. I would recommend purchasing a new tube with heater element and wrap pre-installed. This issue in no way diminished my satisfaction with the product or the prompt delivery time.

We misplaced the mounting screws for our handles while moving.
It was easy! I just used an alan wrench to losen the side bolt, then slid the handle into the new mounting screws that I had hand-screwed and then tightened it all up.
